For those who are still interested/curious, we posted this text in the wake of the Miss Nevada "scandal" of December 2006. Many people saw our logo in the photographs seen on "Extra", "TMZ", "Late Night With David Letterman", VH1 and who knows where else.

Evidently our backlit "Listen to your DAD" sign in the shared parking lot proved to be an irresistible backdrop for a few "racy" snapshots of Miss Nevada elect 2007 and some of her entourage. Although we had nothing to do with the photographs, we still get questioned about it weekly.

Enough, already! The buildings have since been torn down- both the building where the party took place and the building that housed our offices. There is a new shopping plaza and a WaMu bank on the site. I'm pretty sure it's not a memorial to the incident. And no, I wasn't at any of the parties seen in the photos.

DECEMBER 21st, 2006 update
REGARDING RECENT
"MISS NEVADA party pictures"
It has come to our attention that there are a number of controversial photographs of Miss Nevada 2007 that were taken outside of our former office space, located at 510 W. Fletcher Avenue in Tampa, FL.

There is no denying that these pictures were taken in front of our old office. However there were a number of pictures depicting a rather wild party as well. These pictures were not taken inside Donovan Audio's offices, nor did the parties occur there.

The interior and exterior pictures were obviously taken on the same night. The interior pictures were taken inside Fletcher's Backstreet Grill, a restaurant and bar that operated from 2004 until mid-2005 at 508 W. Fletcher Avenue. Fletcher's was our landlord at the time.

The exterior pictures were taken outside our offices. The space we rented from Fletcher's functioned as their overflow parking lot. On their "college nights" there were 2 acres of cars parked in our lot, and lots of people passed by our office on their way to and from Fletcher's. We don't know how many of them took pictures with our sign, but these are the only ones that seem to be stirring any kind of controversy.

While I don't wish to pass judgement or take a stand regarding the photographs, I would like to clarify that these parties did not occur at Donovan Audio, as the pictures seem to imply.
